First camping trip of 2010!

We spent Memorial Day weekend in Rocky Mountain National Park with good friends Steve and Missy and Grant and Bennett. The weather was beautiful and the boys had a blast playing with each other and in the dirt for 2 days!

Summer's here!

We spent an afternoon at Sunflower Farm checkin' out the animals, playing in a treehouse and cornhouse, swinging in swings and enjoying the sunshine! The boys also got to feed a baby cow!

Ready for some serious cycling

Levi is still on his Strider bike, but has shown some interest in trying a pedal bike this summer. CJ kind of pushes himself around on the tricyle. We're hoping to get Levi on a pedal bike soon so he can hand down his Strider to CJ!

Jen's Getaway!

Jen took a 3-day getaway by herself to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida the first weekend of May. She slept, relaxed on the beach and read an entire book! It was a great few days to recharge after a tough winter!

Springtime Snow!

Swimming!

Both Levi and CJ have continued taking swimming lessons at the local rec center. Once we tried goggles with Levi, he finally started to LOVE swimming! It made a huge difference because he could put his head in the water without the frustration of water in his eyes.
CJ still has some issues with getting his head wet and has had a little more trouble warming up to the pool, but we'll keep at it!

Estes Park cabin!

We took a trip mid-March with the gang and all holed up in a cabin in Estes Park for three days. It snowed 2 feet! It was a lot of fun!

CJ Stone aka Snaggletooth

Back in February, CJ had a nasty spill while on a walk with Dad. He unfortunately had his hands in his pocket and so the first point of contact with the concrete was his mouth. OUCH! The dentist took x-rays and the roots of the teeth looked fine. So he's just a cute little snaggletooth until those teeth fall out in a few years!
