CJ just started crawling about a week ago - April 14th. He had been working on it for quite awhile and it finally clicked with him that he had to move his arms forward! Once he got it, he was off! He now makes his way around the room and just a couple days ago actually climbed up the step from the family room to the kitchen on only his 2nd attempt. Then he continued to surprise us yesterday and pulled himself up to standing holding onto one of the toy baskets! All of the sudden I look over and he's standing up! It's quite exciting to see him mobile now, as it's opened up a whole new world to him and you can just sense the curiosity and adventure in his every move! Unfortunately, CJ's also had a few Ted Kopple topples and Bryant Gumbel tumbles, but he recovers fairly well.
